About AS Aftersales


In 2012 we decided to become specialists in After Sales Services and to offer our customers to benefit from our know-how. Due to radical changes in the world of trading and the aspiring e-commerce with increasing numbers of private labels we saw the opportunity and need to support companies in their After Sales, so that they can completely focus on their main business – selling their products.


After 20 years job experience in costumer service Stefan Feldmann found the company „Leuchten Service“ in 2012, which offers support in e.g. callcenter standby service, warranty handling and spare parts logistics for discounters. In addition the company AS Aftersales Service und Dienstleistungen was found in order to use the know-how to realize individual, simple or complex structures and solutions for the After Sales Services. Many companies are struggling with this part of service. In customer service, stocking, dispatch, repair work and fulfillment we already work successfully together with discounters, wholetraders and more and more e-commerce clients all over Europe. Especially important for us is that these cooperations base on an trustfull and fair partnership. Services can be agreed modular and temporary but also tong-term cooperations are possible.


Our team includes employees with long-time experience in customer service. In addition we strengthend our team with young workers who can benefit and learn from this experience but also introduce new ways to improve our work, especially in handling modern media. This combination ensures the ideal conditions for a comprehensive customer service.


In the centrally located "Sauerland" we found a perfect location for our demands. The next motorway is only 5 minutes far from our company which is also near to the industrial areas Ruhrgebiet, Rheinland, Münsterland and Süd-Ost-Westfalen and due to the central position in Germany, we are very good to reach from everywhere.
