In 2012 we decided to become specialists in After Sales Services and to offer our customers our Know-how and services. Due to radical changes in the world of trading and the thriving e-commerce with increasing numbers of private Labels, we saw the opportunity and necessity to support companies in their After Sales, so that they can completely focus on their main business – selling their products.
With 20 years job experience in customer Service, Stefan Feldmann founded the company „Leuchten Service“ in 2012, which offers customer support including call-center standby service, warranty handling and spare parts logistics for discounters. In addition the company AS Aftersales Service und Dienstleistungen was founded in order to apply the know-how to accomplish individual, simple or complex structures and solutions for the After Sales Services. Many companies are struggling with this part of service. We have already worked succesfully with discounters, wholesale traders as well as more and more e-commerce clients all over Europe in customer service, stocking, dispatching, repairing and fulfilment. What is particularly important for us is that these co-operations are based on a trustful and fair partnership. Services can be modular and temporary. Long-term co-operations are also possible.

In addition we have strengthened our team through recruiting young employees who can not only benefit and learn from this experience but also introduce new ways to improve our work, especially in handling modern media.
